At the Balystoc Eindhoven, an associative second-hand store, when wooden furniture is slightly broken, it is discarded. Re-store is a system based on the concept of reincarnating objects and autarkic communities. It aims at reusing the remains of wooden furniture. Reusable elements are collected and classified. Those, which are not, are used to create a composite material of wood and resin. Both are combined to create a new range of furniture to be sold by the Balystoc. These objects are the expression of a never-ending life system for products, as a rebirth into another shape.
